Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
Docean currently ships within the United States only.
While we do not offer international shipping at this time, we are actively exploring opportunities to expand to international destinations in the future. Any updates to our shipping availability will be reflected on our website and in this Shipping Policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. International shipments may have limited tracking updates depending on the destination and carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. While Docean is not responsible for carrier-related delays, losses, or damages, we will work with you to assist in resolving the issue when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Docean is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment is required.
